I put this one down for a while. I enjoyed the more political tone of the first part of the novel as Katniss slowly begins to understand the firestorm her actions in the arena has set off and the powerful enemy she made by accident. The idea of Peeta and Katniss going back in the arena again though seemed about as original as the rebels blowing up the Death Star for the second time in Return of the Jedi. I should have had more faith in Collins. She truly excels at fast-paced adventure sequences.
